Meet our certified alumni student and powerhouse, Jess Pashos. Jess is here to demystify the one size fits all approach to sales.
From reminiscing old college habits and power songs, all the way to understanding how to bring your unique perceptive to sales, Jess will encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and just go for it.
With sales, you really have to connect with the other person and simplify things to the point where it applies to them it’s directly related to what their goals are
Whether it’s external environments or how we approach our next cold call or sales outreach. In fact, the best way we can move forward is to put our best foot forward. We reflect on her experience of returning to an educational setting. We look at how our sales workshop ended up being her “a-ha!” moment.
As students discussed the overlap between sales and marketing, this propelled her into her idea for Project Athena Consulting and allowed her to focus her approach.
Jess is here to focus on changing sales culture for the better. Learn how to include creativity in your sales strategy, depending on your market, mission and goals.

About Jess Pashos
Jess Pashos is a sales coach and consultant who specifically focuses on making sales teams and cultures more inclusive for all – especially women. She is the founder of Project Athena Consulting and the Director of Sales for indie Travel.
After reading countless articles and studies about the lack of women in sales leadership roles, she experienced such first hand while supporting an organisation in their sales executive recruiting process – every single external applicant was a male except for two. She realised that a much more proactive approach was needed, and that she was the right person for the job.
