Dan is the Co-Founder of the brain care company Heights. He is also the host of the UK’s top business podcast, Secret Leaders. Dan’s focus on writing about mental health and science comes from his own experience battling anxiety, burnout, depression, and insomnia – and his experience of solving a lot of this through diet and supplementation is exactly what led to him starting Heights.
