Certification Seat or Deposit

 We understand plans change. Your deposit can be rolled over to a future cohort up to two times. While we prioritize finding a timeline that works for you, refunds can be discussed on a case-by-case basis should your circumstances change significantly.

All-Access Pass Cancellation

As a small, independent school, we ask all members to manage their own subscriptions directly via their member portal. You’ll receive a reminder before each renewal so you can make any necessary changes.

Please note: we’re unable to offer refunds once a payment has been processed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to explore alternative forms of support if needed.

Individual Course Refund

1. Progress through the training, stay aligned with the lessons, and incorporate the strategies genuinely.
2. You have a full 14 days from your enrollment date to immerse and witness a shift in your marketing paradigm.
3. Should you request a refund, we ask you to include your coursework to showcase that you’ve given the course an honest attempt.

Initiating a Refund:

• Communicate: Reach out to our dedicated support team at [email protected] within your 14-day period.
• Submit Coursework: Attach your completed coursework and course project to validate your genuine engagement and application of the strategies during your explorative month. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 14th day, you will not be granted a refund.
• Be Timely: Ensure all communications and submissions are undertaken by 11:59 UTC on the 14th day from your enrollment date.

Kindly Note:

• Strict 14-Day Policy: Beyond the 14-day period, refunds will not be facilitated.
• Payment Obligations: If a payment plan is chosen and a refund is not requested within the established 14 days, the succeeding payments must be honoured as per legal obligations.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
