End of Year Review (PM Session)

It’s nearly time to pop the prosecco (or pour the mulled wine—your call) and wave goodbye to another whirlwind year. But before we settle into festive chaos, let’s get together for a session that promises more than just a jolly recap. We’re diving deep into the year gone by, mapping out the start of the year ahead, and yes—there’s a quiz. With prizes. Because who doesn’t love a little friendly competition?

Here’s what’s on the (virtual) table:

1. Year in Review (30 minutes) – Let’s break down the year with a highlight reel that includes your wins, lessons, and maybe one or two “what were we thinking?!” moments.
2. Quarter One Action Plan (1 hour) – We’ll roll up our sleeves and sketch out a strategy for the first three months of 2024. Expect guiding questions, some strategic bingo (seriously), and the occasional “aha!” moment.
3. Christmas Quiz (30 minutes, optional) – Stick around for some festive fun! Test your trivia skills, share a laugh, and vie for the chance to snag some brilliant prizes.
