Setting: You’ll be part of a small group of 4/5 mentees, learning alongside peers who share similar goals and challenges
Bonus access: access our AMS classroom, including CPD-accredited short courses and individual training sessions
Format: Remote calls with coaches + weekly Slack channel support
Requirements: Weekly cheerleading and engagement inside the AMS community (specifics provided upon application)
MENTORING JOURNEY
Duration: 6 months

MONTH ONE
You join a small group: 4 or 5 of you, plus an AMS coach who works in marketing right now.
Every month you meet for an hour. Each session, someone gets focused time on their actual work, the campaign, the portfolio, the “is this normal?” question. Between calls, you’ve got the full AMS community: live workshops, courses, templates, and channels where people answer honestly.
MONTH THREE
At month three we check in properly. What’s working, what’s heavy, what you want from the back half. By month six you’ll have real feedback on real work, people who know your name, and a much quieter inner critic. .
MONTH SIX
Then you choose: stay on as a member and keep your rate, or keep being an ambassador by levelling up as a Marketing Rockstar. Rockstars get their face on our website and move from monthly career mentoring to group coaching every 8 weeks, alongside our certification graduates.
