We understand plans change. Your deposit can be rolled over to a future cohort up to two times. While we prioritize finding a timeline that works for you, refunds can be discussed on a case-by-case basis should your circumstances change significantly.
If you receive a refund of any purchase that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
As a small, independent school, we ask all members to manage their own subscriptions directly via their member portal. You’ll receive a reminder before each renewal so you can make any necessary changes. Due to the automated nature of this membership structure, members are responsible for managing their billing cycle and cancelling prior to renewal dates. Consequently, all processed payments are final, and we are unable to issue refunds for previous charges.
Please note: we’re unable to offer refunds once a payment has been processed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to explore alternative forms of support if needed.
All-Access Scholarship memberships are subject to the same terms as standard memberships. Because scholarship spots are limited, a lapsed or cancelled payment means that seat may be reassigned to another applicant. Reinstatement is considered case-by-case and isn’t guaranteed.
