Six months, one small group, real work.
You join a group of 4 or 5, plus an AMS coach who works in marketing right now. One hour together every month, Slack in between, and the full AMS classroom whenever you want it.
This is an ambassador programme as much as a mentoring one. You show up for the group, and you show up for the community: a bit of weekly cheerleading inside AMS, sharing wins, answering a question when you can. We send the specifics when you apply.
Pay what you can, from £5 a month. You pick the number. Nobody checks.

Your coach works in marketing right now. The ambassadors around you have been exactly where you are, and most of them stayed.
Before joining, I was flying the marketing plane solo. Joining AMS was like instantly getting an entire crew and ending my decision fatigue.
Being an ambassador helped me truly focus on my skills and believe in them! I needed a place to put them into practice with supportive people, and it has also helped me come up with creative ideas. AMS is such a cool place to hang out, and being an ambassador was another excuse to do so!

What does pay what you can actually mean?
You choose a monthly amount from £5 up. Everyone gets the same programme whatever they pay. If you can pay more, you help fund someone else's seat.
How much time does it take?
One hour a month on the group call, plus whatever you put into Slack and the classroom. Most people spend an hour or two a week.
Do I get the courses too?
Yes. You get the full AMS classroom: CPD-accredited short courses, 50+ expert workshops, templates and the community in Slack.
What happens after six months?
You choose. Stay on as a member and keep your rate, or level up as a Marketing Rockstar: group coaching every eight weeks alongside our certification graduates, and your face on our website.
I'm a bit further along. Is this still for me?
Probably not, and that's fine. The All-Access Pass gives you the same classroom and community from £15 a month, no application needed.
