Quarterly Review & Strategy Planning

Come join us on February 20th for a focused 90-minute session where we’ll help you get your next quarter sorted. We’ll kick things off with a quick 15-minute look at what you’ve accomplished so far, then dive into a solid hour of planning what’s next. By the end, you’ll walk away with a game plan that actually makes sense – no fluff, just practical steps to move your marketing forward.

This isn’t your standard ‘stare at a blank Notion page and hope for divine inspiration’ kind of planning session. We’re here to review, reset, and refine – so you walk away with a clear strategy that doesn’t just look pretty in a doc but actually works.

What’s on the (virtual) agenda?

Community Soundcheck (15 minutes, optional) – Stick around for some open Q&A, share your biggest insights, and grab a few golden nuggets from your fellow AMS rebels.

Quarter in Review (15 minutes) – A whistle-stop tour of the past three months: what worked, what flopped, and what we’re absolutely stealing for future success. Expect guiding prompts, a mini retrospective, and some light therapy (kidding… mostly).

Quarter Ahead Strategy (1 hour) – Time to map out the next three months like the marketing geniuses we are. We’ll break it down into actionable goals, sprinkle in some creative thinking, and maybe even test your strategic instincts with a round of ‘marketing bingo’ (yep, it’s a thing).

A few reminders about this session:

• This session is run via Butter – a short pre-recorded strategy session would be provided if you miss the live version.
• Keep your camera on, if possible. It sounds weird, but it works. It keeps you accountable and helps you get familiar with fellow students on the call, as it triggers good motivation.
• If you join the session live, we’ll send over your action plan so you can hit the ground running.
