Emily is the founder of More Diverse Voices. With a combined 10 years experience in PR, journalism and social innovation, Emily has worked in busy newsrooms, bustling creative agencies and dedicated in-house communications departments. She has helped create campaigns for organisations of all sizes. Campaign topics include: LGBTQIA+ rights, neurodiversity, mental health, feminism, mental health and loneliness, anti-racism and financial empowerment.
She is passionate about helping changemakers find their voice and amplify their impact. In 2023, she was recognised as one of Pioneers Post x NatWest’s Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise. As a neurologically diverse and queer writer, Emily passionately advocates for justice and inclusion.
